House to House “Lost to Leader” Toolbox 3
“How is what you are doing now getting you to where you want to go?”
Throughout this journey, we have discovered many helpful tools, videos, and resources, and we have learned something from each of them. As we continue to pray, study, and seek God’s direction, we want to be intentional about focusing on what He is specifically speaking to us regarding disciple-making movements and house church multiplication.
As we move forward together, we will be sharing this language, these tools, and these principles so that we can all grow, stay aligned, and move in the same direction. We want to make the path clear and unobstructed. Jesus used instruction and structure for a clear path for the disciples.
We know the end point and the starting point. What we do in the middle is vital. What is my responsibility as a disciple maker taking someone from lost to leader. This pathway helps me to know where I am with the person I am having conversations with. It also helps me to know what’s next.
The traffic light, based on Acts 17 is so helpful for us to know how to explore each of our relationship that we are making.
We really encourage you in the yellow light to read the 7 stories of hope. These can also be found at movements.net

When you have a green light, this is where we go right into baptism, sharing the ‘411’ training. If you have never experienced 411 training, We highly suggest you skip over to No Place Left and take the free training.
Again at the green light training with 411 and The Commands of Christ are key. See below.
The Commands of Christ
The Commands of Christ below uses the ‘church circle’ based in Acts 2:36-42

This picture includes a 3/3 approach to teaching the commands. The above website can give you the teaching of the church circle. We really encourage you to use this with your house church. We found that when we asked our HC, they could see where we were missing the mark, and where we were really moving forward.
While we begin to take disciples through the commands, this is aligning with conversation quad 3-4 and also the 4-fields 3-4. We are teaching them to follow and
obey.

Now we can see the F.A.T.R. (faithful, available, teachable, reproduceable) disciples. This is the 2 Timothy 2:2-7 teaching and showing how our rhythms and habits really help us to be multipliers.
Which will lead to the MAWL. MAWL is an acronym standing for Model, Assist, Watch, and Launch/Leave. It is a foundational, reproducible discipleship framework based on how Jesus trained His disciples. It focuses on hands-on, experiential learning to equip individuals to share their faith and raise new leaders independently.
We leave with this question from TOOL 1: How can I redeem and be intentional with my weekly rhythms and habits, not adding time, but adjusting where I am spending my time and how do I engage those around me in those rhythms?
